We’re located in the basement of 21A in H-Block, over in South Delhi. The zip code is 110019, so we’re right in the mix of things. BK Homes and Consultants LLP is a small outfit, and we mostly focus on helping people find homes or offices around this part of town. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s got everything we need to handle the daily paperwork and meetings. Working from a basement means we don't always know what the weather is doing until we step outside, but it keeps us focused. We’ve got a lot of files on the neighborhood and we spend our time making sure all the property details are correct. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary. We see a lot of different people coming through the door, from students to retirees, and they all want the same thing—someone to help them understand the market without any nonsense. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that; we just try to be useful. If we don’t know something, we say so and then we go find the answer. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and a fair amount of walking around H-Block to check on things. We’re just local people doing our bit in the South Delhi property scene, keeping it simple and honest. We've been here for a while and plan on staying.
