Bird Csr Foundation

Bird Csr Foundation is tucked away in Connaught House, right in the middle of Connaught Place. Being in New Delhi-110001 means we are right in the thick of everything. CP is always moving, and you can hear the cars and the people all day long from our spot at E9. It’s an old building, which gives it a bit of character, even if the elevators are sometimes a bit slow or the hallways feel a little narrow. We do a lot of social responsibility work from here, mostly coordinating different projects and making sure things are moving along like they should. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. We aren’t a big fancy operation with a hundred employees. It’s a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. We spend our lunch breaks walking around the circle or just grabbing something quick nearby. It’s a good place to be because everyone knows where Connaught Place is, so it’s easy for people to find us when they need to. The office itself is just a regular workspace with some desks and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing. We just focus on the projects we have on our plate and try to get through the day-to-day tasks without too much fuss. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do and we like the central location.
