Bio-med Incorporation

Our office is up on the second floor of A9/1 in Naraina Industrial Area, Phase I. It’s a proper industrial neighborhood, so there’s always trucks moving and people shouting around us. We’ve been Bio-med Incorporation for a good bit now, dealing with medical supplies and equipment. It’s not the most glamorous place, mostly cardboard boxes and metal shelves, but it’s where we get things done. We spend most of our mornings checking inventory and making sure the orders are packed right for the local hospitals. The stairs are a bit steep to get up here, and the lift is moody sometimes, but we make it work. We handle a lot of technical stuff that labs and clinics need. It’s mostly just paperwork and logistics for us. The tea guy comes around twice a day which is the highlight for most of the staff. We don’t go for big ads or anything like that. People just know where we are when they need something specific. It’s a lot of manual counting and double-checking serial numbers. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the packaging, but that’s just how industrial areas are. We’ve got a small team, mostly people who have lived in Delhi their whole lives. We know the roads and the suppliers around here. It’s a practical business and we keep it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
