Besure Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Our place is B- No. 257 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase No. 1. If you know Okhla, you know it’s a lot of narrow roads and trucks everywhere. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always dust and the sound of machinery from the neighbors. We are located in the B block. The building is just a standard industrial structure. We use the space for our day-to-day operations. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. We have our desks, some storage racks, and a small area for tea. Most of the time, we are busy with orders and making sure everything is logged correctly. Working in Phase 1 means you have to deal with the traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to leave at the same time. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we all know the routine. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. Besure Healthcare is just a group of people working out of this unit. We keep the floor swept and the boxes stacked. It’s hard work sometimes, but it’s honest. You won’t find any marble floors here, just concrete and metal. It’s exactly what you’d expect from a business in this part of Delhi. We just keep our heads down and get it done. It's a busy life but it works for us.
