Our office is over at 11 Tolstoy Lane, in the H-5 section of the Vandhna Building. It’s right in the heart of Central Delhi, which is a pretty hectic place to be most of the time. Baywood Realtors LLP is just a group of us who have been working in real estate for a good while. The building is one of those classic ones in the 110001 area code, and it’s always busy with people coming and going. We don’t really do fancy brochures or big ads; we mostly just talk to people and help them navigate the property market. Every morning starts with checking the news and seeing what’s changing in the local regulations. It feels like there’s always a new form to fill out or a different office to visit. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going out to see properties and meeting clients at cafes nearby. The office itself is pretty functional—just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We like being in the center of the city because everything is reachable, even if the traffic is a nightmare. It’s a straightforward business where we just try to get the job done without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been around this area long enough to know most of the shortcuts and the stories behind the buildings. It's just our daily life here in Central Delhi, working through the lists and keeping track of the local market.
