We operate out of the Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, which is located on Sher Shah Suri Marg in Badarpur. Our specific address is B-II/94. This is a very industrial part of Delhi, right on the edge, and it’s always busy with trucks and people going to work. We deal with specialized medical equipment, specifically from the Drager brand. It’s a lot of technical stuff like ventilators and anesthesia machines. Our building is quite spacious, which is necessary because some of the equipment is fairly large. We have a mix of office staff and technical people who know how to service these machines. It’s a very different environment than a small shop in a market. It’s more quiet inside, even though the highway outside is constantly noisy. We spend our time coordinating with hospitals and making sure their life-saving equipment is working as it should. There isn't any marketing fluff here; we just focus on the technical details and the logistics of moving these machines around. Sometimes we have training sessions for the staff, or we are busy with paperwork for new installations. It’s a serious job, but we are a relaxed group of people who have been working together for a long time. We just keep things running smoothly without making a big deal about it. It’s just how we work every single day in the industrial estate.
