Or Surgicals is located at D1/119 in Jaitpur Extension Part II, which is over in the Badarpur area. It is a bit of a crowded neighborhood, with houses and small shops all mixed together. We use this space to keep our surgical supplies and medical items. The rooms are filled with metal racks that go all the way up to the ceiling. We have to use a small ladder to reach the boxes on the top shelves. It’s a very straightforward place. We don’t have any fancy displays or marketing posters on the walls. Mostly, it’s just boxes of different sizes and labels. People from the local area come to us when they need specific medical equipment for their homes. We spend our time checking the stock and writing down orders. The street outside is usually full of life, with kids playing and people going about their business. It can get a bit loud, but we are used to it. We don't have a big corporate structure here; it’s just a few of us making sure we have the right items when someone asks for them. Jaitpur can be a bit dusty, especially when the wind blows across the open ground nearby. We keep the floor clean as much as we can. It’s just a normal, local business in a busy part of Badarpur. That is how we do things.
