We are B N Realtors Pvt Ltd and our office is at 22 Fatehpuri. We are quite close to the Barakhamba Road Metro Station, which makes it easy for us to get to work and for people to find us. Being near the metro is probably the handiest thing about our location because the traffic in this part of the city can be really something else. We spend our days looking at property listings and talking to people about where they want to live or set up an office. Our space at 22 Fatehpuri is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps and files scattered around. It isn't a high-rise glass building, just a normal office where we do our business. We’ve been working in real estate for a while now, so we know the streets around Barakhamba Road very well. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once, but we manage. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the market. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find buildings and land that fit what they need. Most of our work is done over the phone or by walking around the neighborhoods we cover. We’ve seen the city grow and change from this office, and we just keep doing what we’ve always done.
