It is an old part of town with a lot of character, and we have been in this building for quite a while. The street is usually narrow and filled with cars, so finding a parking spot can be a real challenge some days. Inside B L Khandelwal & Co., it’s mostly just desks, old files, and the sound of people talking. We don't really bother with any of that modern decor you see in the newer buildings. Being at 1 Doctors Lane means we are right in the heart of the action, even if our specific street is a bit quieter than the main circle of Connaught Place. Gole Market is just a short walk away if we need to grab some lunch or supplies. It feels like a very traditional way of doing business here. We know the neighbors and the people who have worked in these lanes for decades. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but B L Khandelwal & Co. fits right in with the history of the area. We just keep things moving along and handle our daily business without much fuss. There is an old ceiling fan that clicks while it spins, and the windows are a bit stiff to open, but it feels like home to us. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in Connaught Place, but we are still here at 1 Doctors Lane, just doing what we do. It’s enough for us.
