We are down in the lower ground floor of the World Trade Center on Babar Road. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi. Being Auston Realty Private Limited means we spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and talking to people about where they want to live or work. The office isn't fancy, just number 57. It gets a bit crowded around here during lunch because of all the other offices. We’ve been here for a while now. Some days are just about paperwork and others are about driving around the city. New Delhi is big, and being in Central Delhi makes it easier to reach most places, even with the traffic. We just show up every morning, get the tea going, and start the calls. It's a lot of talking. People walk in looking for help with spaces, and we try to figure out what's available. Babar Road has its own rhythm. The address sounds bigger than the office feels sometimes. But it works for us. We handle the real estate stuff mostly for this area. It's just a regular team here at the company. Nothing too complicated about it. We see a lot of faces coming through the WTC. The basement level stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a plus. We just keep at it, one day at a time, making sure the files are in order and everyone gets their answers. It is honest work and we like it that way.
