Association Of Education Training And Research Institutes

Our office is located at B-46-P, Number 18 in Upkar Apartment. It’s right in Mayur Vihar Phase I. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the office feel a bit more like home than a cold business center. We are an association that looks into education training and research. It sounds a bit formal, but we’re actually a pretty small group. We spend our time looking at how training is done and trying to gather research that makes sense for teachers and institutes. It’s a lot of reading, writing, and meeting with people in the field. We don't have a big budget for shiny furniture or high-end technology. We just use what we have and focus on the work. New Delhi is a big city, but being here in Mayur Vihar makes it feel a bit smaller and more manageable. We’ve been in this apartment complex for a while. It’s quiet enough that we can actually get some thinking done. We don't have a list of goals hanging on the wall. We just show up and do the research because it feels like the right thing to do. It’s not always exciting—sometimes it’s just looking at data for hours—but it’s what we signed up for. We’re just a local association trying to contribute something useful to the world of education without making a big scene about it. We appreciate the quiet life here in Phase I.
