We have been based at Vishal Tower in Janakpuri for quite some time now. Our office is at number 315, and it is usually a pretty busy place. There is almost always a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks because that is just the nature of the security business. We help people keep a close eye on their shops and houses. Some of our staff handle the front gates while others walk around the sites to make sure everything is okay. It is not fancy work at all, but it is something that needs doing every day. I still remember when we first moved into the Janakpuri area, and things were much quieter back then. Nowadays, it feels like everyone is in a big rush. We mostly look to hire people who are reliable. That is honestly the hardest part, just finding someone who will show up on time for their shift every single morning. If a guard does not show, I am usually the one getting a phone call at 2 AM. It happens more often than I would like. Our office is not much to look at, just some old chairs, files, and a coffee machine that only works when it feels like it. We mostly work with local buildings around this part of town. Most of our staff live nearby, which helps a lot when the buses are running behind. We try to keep things simple and avoid big speeches. We just do the shifts as they come.
