If you head over to Ashok Vihar Phase 3, you will find us at N-1 Lower Ground in Satyawati Colony. M S Medicals Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi has been based in this lower ground space for a good while. It stays a bit cooler down here, which is nice during the summer months. We handle a lot of medical supplies and distribution. The space is filled with shelves and boxes because that is the nature of what we do. It is not a place designed for looks; it is designed for moving inventory. We spend most of our time checking orders and making sure the right items go to the right people. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of a hard time maneuvering in the colony streets, but we always make it work. It’s a local operation where we all know each other’s names. We do not have a big HR department or anything like that. We just have a small group of people who show up and get the job done. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the main roads, which we appreciate. We've built up a lot of relationships with local clinics and pharmacies over the years. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, making sure the medical supplies are where they need to be. It is a steady living and we are happy to be in Ashok Vihar. We open early to get a head start on the day's deliveries.
