Asea Brown Boveri Ltd

Asea Brown Boveri Ltd has a spot here in Dwarka, New Delhi. We are located at 583, Pocket A in Sector-13. The area is typical for Dwarka, with lots of apartment blocks and small parks scattered around. Our space is inside one of these buildings. It feels very much like a regular office but inside a residential setting. We have several workstations set up with computers and phones. The light comes in through the big windows in the afternoon, making it a bright place to sit. We have a small table where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when we take a break. The noise from the street is usually just the sound of cars and the occasional vegetable seller shouting out his prices. We spend most of our time on the computers or talking to people over the phone. The furniture is all mismatched because we’ve added pieces over time as we needed them. There’s a big map of the city on the wall and a whiteboard that is usually covered in scribbles and phone numbers. It’s a simple environment. We don't have any fancy signs or a big reception desk. You just walk in and we're all there working. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We close up around six and join the rest of the Delhi traffic. Then the cycle starts again the next morning.
