Phoenix Surgical

Phoenix Surgical is found at No. 96-B in Arjun Nagar, which is right next to the Safdarjung Enclave area. It’s a neighborhood with a lot of narrow streets and old buildings. Our place is simple and functional. We deal with surgical items, so the space is mostly filled with cardboard boxes and metal shelving units. We don’t have a fancy showroom or any big marketing displays. It’s just a plain room where we keep our inventory and do our daily work. The street outside can be quite noisy with people talking and the occasional car trying to squeeze through the tight lane. We have been here for a good number of years. The office doesn't have much in the way of decor, just some basic chairs and a couple of desks where we handle the billing and orders. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in, but we have a system for where everything goes. The lighting isn't the best in the back of the room, so we have a few extra lamps there. We know the people in the nearby shops and often chat with them during the day. It’s a very normal, local way of doing business. We don't try to sound corporate because that’s just not who we are. We just stay busy in Arjun Nagar.
