We are based in the Laxmi Complex over in Arjun Nagar, specifically at unit 944/17. It is right across from B Block in Defence Colony, so it is pretty easy to find once you get into the right lane. We handle surgical items and different types of medical gases, which means we have a lot of heavy cylinders and delicate equipment moving in and out of the door all day. The complex is an older building, and our space is filled to the ceiling with all sorts of supplies. It is not a showroom; it is more like a working warehouse where things are constantly being shifted around to find what we need. The staff here knows the inventory backwards and forwards. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or big signs to attract attention. Most of our time is spent making sure the gas levels are right and the surgical tools are stored correctly on the racks. It can get quite loud with the trucks loading outside, and the summer heat in Arjun Nagar is no joke when you are moving metal cylinders around. We have been doing this for a long time now. It has a family-run kind of feel, even if we are a private limited company on the legal papers. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay organized. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it eventually. We don't have a marketing department, just a phone that rings.
