We are over on Panchkuian Road, at 19/225 TY I. If you’ve ever been down this road, you know it’s famous for all the furniture shops and the constant traffic. Our building is right in the middle of all that activity. We’ve been operating from here for a while, and it feels like the heart of the city. The office is simple, nothing too modern, just a place to get work done. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will be sitting at a desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down. The noise from the street is always there, but after a while, you just stop hearing it. We focus on welfare work, but we don't like to brag about it. It’s just something that needs to be done, so we do it. There are days when things get a bit chaotic, especially when there’s a lot of paperwork to file. We aren't a corporate machine; we’re just people trying to help out. Our furniture is mostly older stuff, but it works fine. We like the history of Panchkuian Road and being part of the old-school Delhi vibe. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward with our daily tasks.
