Annapurna Charitable Foundation

Annapurna Charitable Foundation is tucked away in Alaknanda, specifically at Mandakini Enclave, number 569. We are up on the second floor. It is a nice enough spot in South Delhi, and we have been here for a good bit of time now. We do not have a massive team or a glossy brochure to hand out to people. We just work from this small office in Kalka Ji, trying to stay useful to the people who reach out to us. The enclave is usually pretty calm, which is a nice change from the loud main roads nearby. Our office has a few old desks and a lot of files piled up, nothing that would impress a corporate executive, but it works for our needs. We mostly handle things as they come in. There is not some big master plan; we just see a need and try to fill it. Sometimes we are short-handed, and the phones ring more than we can actually answer, but we do our best to get back to everyone eventually. We are not trying to be the biggest foundation in Delhi. We just want to do right by the folks in our immediate area. Being in Alaknanda puts us in a good position to reach a lot of different people from all walks of life. We spend our days coordinating whatever help is needed at the moment. It is honest work, and even though it gets stressful, we appreciate the chance to be here. You will find us there.
