Our base is in Vasant Kunj, at No. C8/8792. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a market. We handle contracting and engineering projects. Most of the time, our team is out at different sites, so the office is where we handle the paperwork and the planning. It’s a simple room with a couple of computers and a lot of rolled-up blueprints. We’ve been doing this for years, and we’ve seen Vasant Kunj change quite a bit in that time. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just us making sure the contracts are signed and the materials are ordered correctly. Sometimes things get messy with suppliers or the weather ruins a week of work, but we just keep pushing through. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. We’ve mostly survived on word of mouth from people who’ve seen our work. It’s a bit of a juggling act, trying to keep multiple projects going at once. The office usually has a stack of invoices on the desk and some samples of tiles or pipes lying around. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just want to get the engineering right so the buildings stay up and the clients are satisfied. It’s a lot of hard work and long days, but it is what we know how to do.
