We set up our little graphics shop in Amrit Vihar. It’s a neighborhood that has been growing a lot lately, and we’ve seen more small businesses popping up around us. Our workspace is pretty simple. Most of it is taken up by the big printers and computer desks. There is almost always a hum from the machines and the smell of fresh ink. We aren't some high-end design agency with leather sofas and glass walls. We are just here to get the printing and design work done for whoever walks in. Sometimes the floor is covered in paper scraps and we have to do a big clear-out at the end of the week. It’s just a small team of us. We all know how to run the machines and fix them when they get jammed. We don't have a formal way of doing things. If a job comes in, we just figure out who has the time to do it. It can get a bit hectic when several people want their stuff at the same time, but we manage. We don't really do any big promotions. Most of our customers are people from Amrit Vihar who have seen our sign while passing by. We like the local feel of the place. It’s just regular work, and we try to do it as well as we can without making a big fuss about it.
