Amrit Estate

Our spot is over at Vasant Vihar D-4. It’s right in the middle of things, so we see a lot of people passing by throughout the day. The office isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for meeting folks who want to talk about real estate in this part of town. I usually get in around ten in the morning and start by cleaning off the table. We have a few old maps on the wall that show how the different blocks are laid out. Vasant Vihar is a quiet place for the most part, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes near our gate. We mostly handle local stuff, helping people find a place to stay or figuring out the value of their homes. It’s a lot of talking and listening to what people need. Often, we end up drinking several cups of tea while going over floor plans. We aren't a big corporation with fancy uniforms; it’s just us here trying to get the work done. The printer acts up every now and then which is annoying when you are in a hurry to get a contract signed. But we manage. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking over to look at a nearby property. It’s been our routine for years and it works for us. Sometimes we stay late when a client has questions.
