Akash Pharmaceutical

Our place, Akash Pharmaceutical, is located out in East Delhi. To be more specific, we are very close to the Shahdara Metro Station. If you are coming by the train, it’s just a short walk from there, which is helpful because the traffic in East Delhi can be a real headache most days. The area is always crowded with people heading to work or the market nearby. We spend our days here in the office handling whatever comes our way. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where something is always happening right outside the window. The metro announcement sounds can almost be heard if the wind is blowing the right way. We don't have any fancy decorations or anything like that in the office. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of paperwork related to the business. The walls are a plain color and we have a few fans going to keep the heat away during the hot summer months. Most of us have been working in this part of East Delhi for a long time, so we know where to get a decent lunch nearby. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local business doing its job. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when the new stock arrives and we have to find space for everything. By evening, things quiet down a little bit before we finally head home. It is a simple setup near Shahdara that works for us and our daily needs.
