We operate out of the basement at B-7/7 in Vasant Vihar. It’s a well-known neighborhood in Delhi, but our specific spot is a bit tucked away since it’s below the main ground level. Advance Institute Of Financial Markets & Research Private Limited uses this space for all our daily activities. Basements can be a bit cool in the winter, which is nice, but we have to keep the lights on even during the day. It’s a quiet place to work, away from the street noise of Vasant Vihar. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we look at numbers and do our research. The stairs coming down are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We’ve set up the desks in a way that makes sense for us. It’s not a fancy setup, but it gets the job done. We don't have a receptionist; usually, one of us just looks up when someone walks in. We spend most of our time focused on the markets and the data we handle. It’s a serious place for work, but we keep it casual among ourselves. Vasant Vihar is a nice area to be in, even if we are mostly underground. We’ve been here for a while now and the location works well for what we do.
