Adsum Pedagogy Institute

We are located in Delhi and run the Adsum Pedagogy Institute. It’s a place where we focus on teaching and learning methods. The office isn't very big, and we usually have stacks of books and papers everywhere. Most of the people here are either teaching or preparing materials for others to use. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, unless we are having a meeting about a new curriculum. We spend a lot of time reading and trying to figure out better ways to explain things. It’s not a corporate school or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us who are interested in how people learn. We have a few desks, some whiteboards, and a lot of coffee cups lying around. Delhi is a busy city, but once you step inside our place, it feels a bit more focused. We don't have any big slogans. We just show up, do the research, and try to help out where we can. Sometimes the days are long when we have to grade things or write up reports, but we just get on with it. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way because it lets us focus on the books. We often spend our lunch breaks just talking about different ways to help students get through their exams without too much stress. It’s just regular work for us. We keep our schedules on a calendar on the wall.
