You can find us at 32 Chitra Vihar, right off Vikas Marg. It’s a small, manageable place. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who handle everything. The clinic is usually quiet compared to the noise on the main road. People come in for consultations and follow-ups. We know most of the people who live in Chitra Vihar. It’s that kind of neighborhood. The filing system is mostly digital now, but we still keep some paper records just in case. The chairs in the lobby have been there for a few years. We try to keep things tidy but it’s a working clinic, so there’s always a bit of clutter. Someone is always making tea in the back. The doctor doesn't like to rush, so sometimes the schedule runs behind. We tell people to call before coming to save them some time. We handle general medicine and some specific stuff too. It’s not a flashy corporate office. It’s just a brick-and-mortar clinic where we do our jobs. We don't use big words or fancy promises. If we can help, we do. If it’s out of our league, we tell you where else to go. That’s how we’ve always run things here. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Most days are pretty standard, and we like it that way. No one here is trying to win an award, we just want to help.
