Adhigama Foundation

Our office is on the first floor of House No. -107H/9 in Kishan Garh. It’s a busy little pocket of the city, and being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. We’ve been here for some time now. Adhigama Foundation isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us in a converted house space. The area around 110070 is always moving, so there’s never a dull moment. Inside the office, things are a bit cluttered. We have books and papers everywhere, and the furniture has seen better days. But it’s comfortable. We don't like the cold, clinical feel of those big corporate offices you see in the news. We prefer it this way. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We spend a lot of time talking and planning our next steps. Sometimes we disagree and talk over each other, but we always figure it out. Kishan Garh has its own character, and we like to think we fit in. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just knock on the door and one of us will let you in. We’re just regular folks trying to make the foundation work. It’s not perfect, but it’s our way of doing things. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and try not to get too distracted by the noise.
