Adelfia Foundation

Our foundation is out in Asola Fatehpur Beri, South Delhi. We are situated at C-3 on the second floor of Khasra No. 200. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center, which gives us a different perspective. The area is a bit more open, but it’s still busy in its own way. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the way things work in this part of town. The office is pretty plain. We haven't spent much money on fancy furniture or decorations. We’d rather just use what we have and focus on our tasks. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times there’s a lot of shouting from the street below. We just keep our heads down and work. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just know what needs to be done each morning when we show up. There are plenty of days where things don’t go perfectly. Maybe the printer jams or we run out of stationary. We just handle it and move on. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment. We aren't here to impress anyone with big words or shiny offices. We’re just local people working in a local area, trying to stay on top of our daily responsibilities. We usually pack up once the sun starts to go down and the local traffic settles for the night.
