We’re located way up on the 13th floor of Devika Tower, which is at No-913 in Nehru Place. If you’ve ever been to Nehru Place, you know how crowded it gets with all the tech shops and people everywhere. Taking the elevator up to the 13th floor takes a minute, especially during lunch. Our office handles the management side of things for the crane business. We don't keep the actual cranes here, obviously—that would be impossible. They’re all out at various ports and big construction projects across the country. Up here, it’s mostly about contracts, logistics, and making sure the operators have what they need. It’s a bit of a different world from the actual sites where the machines are working. We have a lot of windows, so you can see out over the city, which is nice when things get stressful. It’s a busy environment with phones ringing and people moving around. We’ve been in this tower for a good while. It's a central spot for doing business, even if the parking is a nightmare. We just try to keep the wheels turning. There is always a lot of paperwork with big machinery, and this is where it all gets sorted out. It’s a lot of coordination across different time zones sometimes. We just focus on keeping the cranes moving and the projects on track.
