Our place is down in the lower ground floor at G 43 in Green Park Main. Being in South West Delhi means there is always something going on outside, but since we are a bit below street level, it stays a little quieter for us at A3 Core Realtors Llp. You have to walk down a few steps to get into the office. It can get a bit stuffy if we don't keep the door open or the fan running, but we've gotten used to it over the months. The walls are mostly covered with old calendars and some notes we’ve scribbled for ourselves. We handle real estate stuff, which mostly involves a lot of phone calls and looking at property listings around Green Park and the surrounding areas. It’s a lot of back and forth. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a small team of us working in this basement space. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for the LGF entrance, so we have to go up to the street to wave them down. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. The desk chairs are starting to squeak, but they do the job. Most of our day is spent typing on old keyboards or talking to people about prices and locations. It’s basic work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We have some old folders stacked on the floor too.
