Our place is located at 3-569-8 along the GT Road in Vedayapalem. Since we are right on the main road, it’s easy for the trucks to come and go. We deal with seafood, so the day starts very early for us, usually before the sun is even up. It’s wet and cold work, handling all the ice and the fish. The smell of the ocean is always with us, even when we go home. We don’t have a fancy office; it’s more of a functional space for sorting and packing. We’ve been here in Vedayapalem for a while and the neighbors know us well. It isn't always a clean job, and the floors are usually slippery with water. We spend our time checking the quality of what comes in and making sure it gets sent out quickly. If the ice melts, we have a problem, so we are always moving fast. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just sell what we have to the people and businesses that need it. Sometimes the weather is bad and the supply is low, but that’s just how the seafood business goes. We don't make big promises, we just show you what we’ve got in the crates today. It’s a hard life, but we are used to the rhythm of it by now.
