We are Malleswari Salt Company, and you can find us near the water tank in Allur. It’s a very easy landmark to spot because the tank is huge. Our setup is pretty basic since we deal with salt. There is always a bit of white dust on the floor no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of the business. The air around here smells a bit different because of what we handle. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning. Usually, the doors are just left open to let the breeze in. We spend a lot of time checking the bags and making sure the weights are right. It’s physical work and can be tiring when it’s humid. Allur is a quiet place for the most part, and we like being near the water tank because it’s a central point. We’ve been doing this for years, and it’s just what we know. There are no big meetings or corporate presentations here. It’s mostly just loading things up and talking to the drivers. Sometimes the local kids play near the tank, and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. We just keep our heads down and handle the salt. It’s honest work, and we don't feel the need to make it sound like more than it is. We just try to get the bags loaded and the shipments moved out on time.
