We set up NVPE Constructions over on the Kalahastri Bypass Road in Naidupeta. Our office is in the Thirunal Naidu Apartments, specifically at 4-1-195. It is a handy location because the Manju Hotel is right nearby, which is where we usually end up grabbing a quick lunch or meeting people. Being near the bypass means we see a lot of traffic coming through from Nellore and other places. We are just a small group of people trying to run a construction business as best we can. The apartments are a bit of a mix of people living and working, so it feels like a real community. We spend our days coordinating with workers and trying to make sure our projects stay on track. Construction is never as easy as it looks on paper, and we deal with all the usual problems like bad weather or missing parts. We do not have any big speeches about what we do; we just show up and do the work. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and half-empty water bottles, but that is just part of the job. People know us in Naidupeta because we have been around for a while and we don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local construction outfit doing our thing near the highway. It is a lot of standing in the sun and checking on progress.
