City Developers

You can find us at 548/4 on Mini Bipus Road, right by the Muthukur Junction over in Ram Murthy Nagar. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is nearly always a lot of dust in the air and noise from the heavy traffic passing by. City Developers has been based at this spot for a while. Our office is pretty straightforward and doesn't have any frills. We have some large tables where we can spread out blueprints and a couple of old computers for the daily admin work. A lot of our time is spent out at the actual construction sites, but this office is where we do all the planning and meeting with the various contractors. It’s definitely not a polished corporate environment. It’s more of a place where people show up wearing work boots and carrying tape measures. We deal with building projects and land matters all day long. Sometimes we’re here quite late into the evening trying to finish up a proposal or a site report. The local neighborhood knows us as the guys who handle the construction and development side of things. We don’t really go in for big advertisements or billboards. Most people just see our sign at the junction and decide to stop in. It’s a lot of hard work and keeping track of materials like cement and steel. The fan in the office hums all day, and there’s always a stack of brick samples sitting in the corner.
