We are located at 1-6-51 on R R Street in Ramesh Reddy Nagar. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to the city center, which we actually prefer for our office. Our days are mostly filled with looking at land and talking to builders or people looking for a new home. There isn't much to say about the office itself. It’s just a room with some tables and a few maps of the local plots pinned to the wall. We’ve been around Ramesh Reddy Nagar for a while, so we’ve seen how the streets have changed over the years. It’s just a couple of us working together as Nr Developers & Real Estates. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually hear about us from their friends or neighbors. That’s how things work around here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at site visits, checking on how things are progressing. It’s dusty work sometimes, especially when there’s new construction happening nearby. We just try to be useful and help folks navigate the whole buying and selling process without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It’s a slow and steady kind of life. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do what we said we would do. That seems to be enough for most people who walk through our door and ask for some help with their property needs.
