Kamalnayan Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based out of Ghanshyam Lodha’s place in the village of Baneth, which is part of the Manohar Thana area. It is a very rural spot, far away from the big cities. We are a farmer producer company, which basically means we are a bunch of neighbors and local farmers who wanted to work together. We don't have a big office building or any fancy signs out front. Mostly, we meet up at the house or in the fields to talk about the market prices for our wheat and mustard. Life here follows the seasons, so we are either very busy during the harvest or just waiting for the next rains. We try to pool our crops so we can get a fairer deal when it comes time to sell. It is a lot of manual work, checking the bags and making sure the quality is okay before we send it off. Sometimes the phone signals are bad out here, so we do most of our business face-to-face. We just want to make sure the work we do in the sun all day actually pays off for our families. It is a simple way of living, and we all know each other well. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the paperwork and the accounts. We are just trying to keep our farming traditions going while making the business side of it a bit more modern.
