G.E.T. In Binani Cement Limited,Pindwara(Raj.)

We are located in Neemuch, which is a quiet town in Madhya Pradesh. Our main office address is actually a residence in Teacher Colony, at house number 140. This is the home of Shri Gopal Lal Garg’s son. It serves as our base for managing things related to the Binani Cement plant over in Pindwara, Rajasthan. Even though the plant is in another state, a lot of the administrative work and coordination happens right here in Neemuch. Teacher Colony is a nice, residential neighborhood where everyone knows each other. Our workspace is just a simple room with a few computers, a printer, and a lot of documents related to the cement industry. We do not have a corporate office with a big staff. It is mostly just a couple of us keeping track of the schedules and the technical requirements for the G.E.T. program. The pace in Neemuch is slower than in the big cities, which we appreciate. We start our work early in the morning and usually keep going until the evening. There is no marketing department here and we do not spend time on fancy promotions. We just focus on the practical side of the cement business and make sure the communication between Neemuch and Pindwara stays clear. It is a very straightforward way of doing things. We have lived in this area for a long time and we value the simple, honest work we do every single day.
