Our main office is at House No.308, tucked right behind the Sitla Mata Mandir on Mandsour Road. This is in the Ramnagar area of Manasa, which is part of Neemuch. We are the Fair Earth Organic Farmers Producercompany Limited. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but really we are just a group of local farmers who decided to team up. Being located right behind the mandir is handy because everyone knows where that is. The house isn't some fancy corporate headquarters. It’s a real house where we meet to talk about seeds, soil, and the weather. Our lives revolve around the harvest cycles here in Madhya Pradesh. We started this company because we wanted to have more control over how our crops are sold. Working together as a producer company helps us stay independent. We don't use any of those heavy chemicals on our land. We prefer the old ways of farming that our grandfathers used, just updated a bit for the modern day. Sometimes the office gets crowded when all the farmers come in at once to discuss the season. It’s loud and there’s usually some tea going around. We aren't interested in sounding polished or professional in the corporate sense. We just want to grow good food and make sure the people in our community have access to it. If you’re passing through Ramnagar, you’ll see us near the temple. It’s a practical, hardworking life and we wouldn't have it any other way.
