RKL PURIFICATION TECHNOLOGIES is located up on the first floor of Bhagat Niwas. If you know the Dudhiya Talav Road area in Chandni Chowk, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times without noticing. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs but we’ve been here for a while now. We focus on water systems and filtration parts mostly. It’s the kind of work where your hands stay busy all day. Most of our time is spent talking to people about their water quality or trying to find a specific part for an old machine that nobody makes anymore. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the water in people's homes and offices is cleaner than it started. The neighborhood is always noisy and crowded, which is just how life is here. Sometimes we have a lot of stock piled up in the hallway, which makes it a bit tight, but we manage. We’re just regular folks who know a lot about pipes and filters. Most of our customers come from word of mouth around the local market. We don't spend money on big ads because we'd rather just do the work. It gets dusty in the shop with all the filters moving around, but it’s honest work. We show up, we fix things, and we go home. That is about all there is to it.
