Mitrosys Private Limited

Mitrosys Private Limited is based out of 304 Satyam Appartment in the Royal Residency building. We’re right on MG Road in Bilimora, which is a busy part of the Gandevi area. Being on the third floor means we’re a bit removed from the noise of the street, but you still get that local energy. The office isn’t huge, but it fits all of us comfortably enough. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a bunch of computer screens that stay on all day. Most of us have been working together for quite some time, so we know how each other works. There’s no need for formal announcements or long emails; we just talk across the room. Bilimora is a nice town, and we’re glad to be working here instead of a massive city. Lunch is usually a group affair where we talk about everything except work for an hour. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, check our list of things to do, and get through them. Sometimes the rainy season makes things a bit messy on MG Road, but we manage. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We focus on the practical side of things and try not to overthink it. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of work to do.
