Crazy Egg

Our little place is called Crazy Egg, and you can find us at Rajesh Chambers in Bilimora. We’re on College Road, right across from that Blue Moon Mobile Shop. Being near the college means we see a lot of students coming in between their classes. They’re usually in a hurry or looking for something cheap to eat. We do a lot of different things with eggs, which is why we picked the name. It’s amazing how many different ways you can cook an egg if you try. The shop isn't very large, so it can feel a bit cramped when a big group comes in all at once. We’ve got some stools and a couple of tables, but many people just stand or take their food to go. Navsari is a quiet area for the most part, but this street stays pretty lively. We start early in the morning, cracking hundreds of eggs and getting the pans hot. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy. We don’t really do anything special for decor, just the basic stuff you need to run a kitchen. We know our customers by name sometimes, especially the ones who come in every morning. We just try to be a reliable spot where you can get a quick meal without any trouble. It’s just us, some eggs, and a hot stove every day. We hope people leave feeling full and happy.
