Our company, H L E Engineers Pvt. Ltd., is based at A-6 in Maroli Udyog Nagar, near Maroli Bazar. The facility is a pretty large industrial unit. We’ve been here for a good while, and the building has seen better days, but it’s sturdy. We do a lot of engineering work on the floor. There’s always the smell of machine oil and the sound of metal being cut. We have a team of technicians and a few office staff to handle the billing and the drawings. It’s a busy environment where something is always happening. We don’t have a fancy entrance with a receptionist. You usually just walk through the main bay to find someone. Maroli Bazar is close by, so we often go there for lunch or to pick up supplies we ran out of. The yard outside is often full of raw materials and finished products waiting for a truck. We don't spend much time on fancy brochures or marketing. We’re more interested in making sure the machines are calibrated and the work is done right. The windows in the office are a bit dusty, and the floor could use a good scrub, but we prioritize the actual production. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place to work. We’ve built a steady reputation around here just by being consistent. We’re not a huge corporation, just a group of people who know their trade well.
