If you're driving out of Navsari on the Bardoli Road, you'll pass right by us. Gurukul Vidya Mandir is located in a spot that gets a good amount of breeze because it's not buried in the center of a crowded city. The road can get busy with trucks and buses, but once you step inside our gates, it feels a bit more relaxed. We have some trees on the property that provide good shade for the bikes and scooters we park out front. The building has that typical look of places built a few decades ago, with high ceilings and heavy doors. We don't have any fancy signs or neon lights. The name is just painted on the wall near the entrance. Most of the work we do involves a lot of paperwork and talking to people who drop by. We have a small staff room where we sit and eat lunch together, usually sharing whatever we brought from home. Navsari is a nice town to live in, and being on the way to Bardoli makes it easy for people to find us. We don't try to act like we're more important than we are. We just show up every morning, unlock the doors, and get to work. Sometimes the rain makes the ground a bit muddy, but we just put down some extra mats and keep going. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day, and we're fine with that.
