Vivin Construction Co.

Vivin Construction Co. is based out of Plot No. 18/20 in Sector 40. We have been here in the Green Land Co-Opretive Housing Society for a while now. It’s a busy part of Seawood West. Nerul West is always moving, and you can hear the traffic from the window. The office isn't anything special, just desks and a lot of paper. We spend most of our time out on sites, but this is where we come to talk about the next job. You might see us around the society garden during lunch. It's quiet enough to get things done. Building things takes a lot of patience. Sometimes the weather doesn't help, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. We handle the paperwork here and try to keep everything organized. It gets a bit messy with all the maps and site photos lying around. People from the neighborhood know where to find us if they need to ask about a project. We aren't big on fancy meetings. We just sit down and figure out how to get the walls up. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it quite warm inside. We usually leave the door open to get some air from the street. It’s just us, working through the list of tasks every day, making sure things stay on track. We've got a small kettle for tea and some old chairs for visitors. It's a simple setup for a construction office.
