Our shop is located at Shop No. 4 in the Yashodeep Co. Op. Hsg. Society. It is right on Plot No. 53 in Sector - 4A, Kopar Khairane. We’ve been operating Mega Water Proofing (I) Pvt .Ltd. from this spot for quite some time. Mostly, we deal with people who have water leaking through their ceilings or walls when the rains get heavy. It is a messy job sometimes, but someone has to do it. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, looking at roofs and basements, but the office in Kopar Khairane is where we keep all the supplies and the paperwork. It’s a small space, nothing too special to look at. We usually have a few rolls of material and buckets of sealant sitting around. Working in waterproofing means you are always busy during the monsoon season and trying to fix things before the water does too much damage. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of trucks, just a group of guys who know how to stop a leak. People in the society know us because we’ve been here so long. We don’t spend much on fancy signs or anything like that. Usually, one neighbor tells another about us and that is how we get our work. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year. We just show up, find the crack, and seal it up. There is always something to do.
