Rajan Plastic House

Rajan Plastic House is sitting at Shop No.87 in the Municipal Complex in Old Panvel. We’ve been in this same spot for quite a long time now. Panvel has grown so much around us, but the old municipal complex still feels the same as it always did. The shop is small, but we managed to pack it with almost every kind of plastic item you could think of. From small kitchen things to big drums, it’s all in there somewhere. Finding something usually means knowing exactly which stack to look under. It’s a busy part of town, especially in the mornings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We don’t have a website or any of that stuff. Most people just walk in because they were passing by or their parents used to shop here. Being in the complex means we have a lot of neighbors who are also running their own small businesses. We often share a cup of tea or help each other out when someone needs a hand moving something heavy. It’s a simple way to work. The building is old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We stay open until the sun goes down and the market starts to quiet down. It’s just us doing what we know best in this little corner of the world.
