Vishwakarma Aluminium & Glass

Being located near Bhima Bridge in Kalamboli means we see a lot of trucks and traffic every single day. Our shop, Vishwakarma Aluminium & Glass, is over at Vastu Vaibhav in Sector 1E. It is a busy corner of the world. Working with glass is a bit stressful sometimes because one wrong move and everything shatters, so we have to be careful when we move the big sheets around the shop. The aluminium sections are easier to handle, but they take up a lot of room. We have benches set up for cutting and assembling the frames. Most of the time, the shop is a bit of a mess with rubber gaskets, silicone tubes, and glass offcuts everywhere. We don't really have a front desk or anyone sitting around waiting to greet people. If you walk in, you’ll probably find us mid-job with a tape measure in hand. We’ve been at Plot No 29 for a while now and the locals know our faces. The weather in Kalamboli can get quite humid, which makes the work tiring, but we just keep at it. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any fancy brochures or slogans. We just take the orders, do the cutting, and try to make sure the glass fits the frame perfectly. It is just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, until the sun goes down. We're just local folks working hard to get the jobs done.
