Our office for Asawa Insulation Pvt. Ltd. is in Panchdeep Chs, Sector 29 in Vashi. It's a bit of a mix because it’s a housing society but we do our business from H-2 2:1. It’s a quiet area compared to the main markets. We focus on insulation materials. It's funny because people don't think about insulation until it's too hot or too cold. We have samples of rolls and boards tucked into corners. The office isn't huge. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to contractors on the phone. Vashi is a good place to be based. The air feels a bit more open here than in the city center. We have a small tea station in the corner. Sometimes the neighbors pop by just to say hello. It doesn't feel like a big corporate place. It’s more like a family-run setup where everyone knows what to do. We keep track of our inventory on old-fashioned registers alongside the new systems. Sometimes the printer jams when we're trying to get a quote out. We just fix it and move on. The desks are a bit cluttered with blueprints and catalogs. We don't really do much decor. The walls are plain white. We just focus on the orders coming in. It’s a steady pace of work every day. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just provide the materials people need for their projects and keep our heads down.
