Samudra Shipping Logistics

We are over in Sector-1St in Vashi, specifically at B-17/0-4. It is a busy part of Navi Mumbai and things move fast here. Our name is Samudra Shipping Logistics, so we spend most of our time dealing with cargo and moving stuff from one place to another. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. We have some desks, a lot of files, and the phones ring quite a bit. Vashi is a good spot for this kind of work because it’s a major link for transport. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but you get used to it after a while. We handle a lot of the paperwork that people don't want to do themselves. It’s a lot of tracking and checking schedules. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us here making sure the containers and packages go where they are supposed to. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and checking the computer, but other days it’s non-stop. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, we just do what we do at our own pace. People know where to find us if they need something moved. It’s just a regular local business and we’ve been at this address for some time now. We know the roads and the port timings pretty well. It's just how life is here in the sector. Nothing too flashy about it, just logistics work.
