We are located in the Neighbourhood Complex in Sector 4, Nerul. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to find us. We specifically handle the seafright devision, so we deal with a lot of international shipping and cargo stuff. It’s a lot of talk about containers and ports and customs forms. The office is usually a bit busy with people coming in and out to drop off documents. Nerul is a nice part of Navi Mumbai, and being in a complex like this means there are shops and cafes nearby when we need a break. We don't have a lot of corporate polish in our office. It’s just a place where we get the logistics sorted out. Shipping things across the ocean takes a lot of patience because things don't always go according to the schedule. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking tracking numbers and sending emails to people in different time zones. It can be stressful when a ship is late, but we just do our best to keep everyone informed. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have a good routine down. It’s not the most exciting work to everyone, but we like the logic of it and seeing things get to where they need to go. We’re just a small team trying to stay on top of all the moving parts.
