We are located at C-2060 in the Bima Complex over in Kalamboli. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with all the steel markets and transport hubs nearby. Our unit is just one of many in this big complex, and it can be a bit like a maze if you aren't used to it. Most of our time goes into dealing with suppliers and making sure the inventory is where it should be. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a few desks where we keep track of everything. There’s always a lot of shouting and the sound of trucks reversing outside, which is just the background noise of Kalamboli. We aren't the type to wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, we just talk over a cup of tea and figure out the plan for the afternoon. It gets pretty dusty, so we are always cleaning the surfaces, but it never stays clean for long. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. All we want is to get through the orders without any big mistakes. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and we know the people in the neighboring units well. Every day we just take things as they come and keep the business moving. It is what we know how to do best.
